The upside down windows and a plan that combines a cylindrical exterior with an hexagonal interior.
The Sanctuary is at the entrance of the village, near the road that connects Caldas da Rainha to Óbidos.
Built in 1747 by the architect Capitão Rodrigo Franco.
On the inside we can find 3 chapels devoted to Calvário (presbytery) where André Gonçalves painting stands out, also 2 side chapels dedicated to São Josés’ death and Nossa Senhora da Conceição give room to some art works, painted by the hand of José da Costa Negreiros.
